Braids & Brews a Father's day gift class

Service Description

Led by award-winning hair artist Francesca Rivetti, the two-hour workshop is designed for dads, stepdads, grandfathers, uncles, guardians, and father figures who want to better support the girls in their lives by learning practical, everyday hair techniques. The event will take place on Sunday, June 7, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Follicle Studio. Space is intentionally limited to 8 to allow for personalised instruction. During the class, attendees will choose to work on professional mannequin heads, smooth or textured hair types and learn approachable techniques, including gentle detangling, basic ponytails, simple buns, beginner-friendly braiding, and everyday styling tips. No prior experience is required. “Braids & Brews is about more than hair,” said Francesca Rivetti, founder of Follicle Studio. “It’s about giving dads the confidence to show up in a practical, meaningful way. These are small everyday moments that can become real opportunities for bonding.” The workshop was created as a Father’s Day-inspired experience and gift option for families looking for something memorable, useful, and personal. Attendees will receive hands-on instruction, use of professional styling tools during class, light brunch-style refreshments, and a small take-home hair care gift bag. The event is designed specifically for dads and father figures. Children will not attend the workshop, so participants can focus, practice comfortably, and ask questions in a supportive environment. Due to the limited capacity and curated nature of this experience, all bookings are final sale. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. BYOB optional.
