Originally from the UK, Francesca resides in Philadelphia, PA. Where she runs her unique Follicle hair studio based on the concept of customized couture hair design.
Francesca was an integral part of the Graham Webb International team, renowned for her performance as a platform artist at trade shows, Intercoiffure, Cosmoprof, in salon events, academy workshops, and hair collections for photo shoots. Francesca's work has been featured in national and international trade publications, showcasing her eclectic talent ranging from “classic” to “contemporary” hairdressing.  
Her innovative teaching skills and ongoing display of artistic empowerment have won her several Graham Webb International awards such as Artistic Director of 1995, National Platform Artist of 2000 and 2003 the Crystal Torch Award. 2004 won her industry’s most prestigious NAHA Editorial award, and five times nominated in 2005 for contemporary classic and editorial, 2020 and 2021 Avant-Garde.

Francesca was also a finalist in 2021 and 2022 the Avant-Garde category of the Alternative hair show in London.

2024 Francesca was a finalist in the Hairbrained video award in the precision haircutting video category.
